Limited Lifetime Warranty

 

If a manufacturer's defect occurs within the first 30 days of purchase, we will gladly exchange it. 

After 30 days, we offer a limited lifetime warranty to straps sold to the original purchaser. The limited lifetime warranty covers any manufacturer defects to our straps. Limited up to one exchange per product. Depending on the condition, we may attempt to repair the it. If the product is no longer in production, we may exchange a similar product that is of equal or lesser value. Exchanged products are not covered by this limited lifetime warranty policy.

The above guarantees do not cover regular wear & tear, cleanliness, or damage from misuse. Proof of purchase is required such as your email receipt directly from us or an authorized retailer’s receipt. This warranty is non-transferable to a third-party. You are responsible for shipping your strap to us; however, we will return the favour and ship your strap back to you free of charge.

Exclusions:
- Purchases paid for in part or in full with a gift card
- Discounted merchandise found within in the Clearance section
- Special edition/fundraiser merchandise
- Leather that are water or sweat damaged 
- Material wear from regular abrasions 
- Straps that are modified
- Consumables such as tool tips 
- Spring bars 
- Apple watch adaptors
- Coasters
