Grey DLC Mozart Leather Strap

Feel the harmony of Mozart's music with our Mozart Leather Strap! Hand-crafted by renowned tannery Il Ponte in Italy. Through a vegetable-tanning process from a cow's shoulder, this strap features a mesmerizing color texture reminiscent of music sheets; hence the name Mozart. Our signature buckle and quick release spring-bar lend effortless ease to changing the strap.

To elevate the stainless steel buckle, we first brushed the top surface and polished its edges to perfection. Instead of settling with PVD coating, which has a typical hardness range of 2,000 to 3,000 Vickers; we opted for a superior alternative by employing a Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating, which achieves an exceptional hardness exceeding 8,000 Vickers. The result is a sleek black-carbon finish with hypoallergenic properties, superior hardness, durability, and protection. 

It is common for vegetable-tanned leather to naturally darken over time due to environmental factors and exposure to oils. This patina development is a distinctive and personal process, varying with each individual’s use.
